Mosaic Madness

After a recent trip to Venice, I was extremely inspired by the mosaics in many of the churches. I was also drawn to the vibrant colours of the houses on the island of Burano. Through painting and collaging I have combined the structured geometric mosaic patterns with the bright colours seen on Burano.
